- USD 256 per adult (from 12 years old) / USD 205 per child (up to 11 years old): air tickets Quito-Coca-Quito with airport assistance in Quito and Coca’s airports, including a land transfer to our private dock in Coca. Rates subject to change without prior notice.
- Beverages, tips, personal expenses and other non specified services (laundry and internet).
- All rates are per person and are quoted in USDollars.
- Children under 5 years old, sharing a room with their parents, will not pay accommodation.
- Children from 5 years old up to 11 years old will get a 30% discount on the hotel/package rates, sharing a room with their parents. Applicable to one child per adult sharing the same room.
- We recommend for families with children under 10 years old to take a private guide.
- Please note that air fares are subject to change without prior notice.
- Departures are available any day of the week, except Sunday.
- More information for special programs such as Bird watching, Photo Workshops and guidance in other languages (German & French naturalist guides with extra cost)
- A deposit of US$ 200 per person (non-refundable) is required at the time of booking. Payment must be done 8 days after the confirmation is received.
- Full payment is required 60 days prior our services are due to begin.
- Please notify when payment is done with your quotation number. If made with wire transfer a copy of the document is required.
- If a cancellation occurs within 60 days to 45 days prior our services are due to begin: 50% penalty of the rack rate will be applied.
- If a cancellation occurs within 44 days to 0 days prior our services are due to begin: 100% penalty of the net rate will be applied.
